Zion Williamson not coming Back

Currently, Zion Williamson is still recovering from his foot surgery on his right foot. After Zion underwent medical imaging, it appears he is regression as the bone in his foot is not healing. Zion’s injury will not be coming back this season.

UFC 269

Saturday night in Las Vegas, UFC 269 took place. Charles Oliveira defends the UFC lightweight championship against Dustin Poirier. Oliveira won by submission in the third round. Julianna Pena also had a big night as she was able to silence doubt of her capability to defeat Amanda Nunes. Julianna won by submission and is now the UFC bantamweight champion.

Chase Claypool Celebration

Thursday night, the Pittsburg Steelers faced off against the Minnesota Vikings. The Steelers nearly made an incredible comeback and ran out of time. Most of the blame is being placed on Chase Claypool (WR) for the Steeler. After catching a passing from Ben Roethlisberger for 9-yards, Chase decided to pose while time runs down instead of handing the referee the ball. The time wasted by Claypool could have made a difference in the Steeler's chance to win the game.

Megan thee Stallion recently Graduated from Texas Southern University on Saturday. She said it was a goal to honor her mother and grandmother.

Game Awards 2021

This year's Game Awards was filled with trailers, reveals, and of course awards. One of the major reveals during the show was The Matrix’s demo of Unreal Engine 5 interactive features. Some DC games were revealed, such as Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman. There were plenty of winners during the award show, such as Genshin Impact, It Takes Two, and Deathloop. There were more reveals and winners to check out.

Star Wars Eclipse

Star Wars Eclipse is a new game recently announced. Quantic Dream was behind the creation of the new game. Quantic Dream created games like Heavy Rain and Detroit: Become Human. There is a cinematic trailer out now, but there is no information on when it will be released.

Rep Thomas Massie, a United States Representative from Kentucky, has stirred up some controversy. A week after a school shooting that caught national attention, Rep Thomas Massie decided to post a Christmas picture of his family holding a gun. Massie was unaware it may have been bad timing to post a picture that appears to promote guns during a time when gun violence is getting a lot of media attention.

Supreme Court on Texas Abortion law

On Friday, the Supreme Court will allow abortion providers to challenge the Texas law that restricts abortion after six weeks. In addition, the Texas law will stay in place through time the law is being challenged.
