Los Angeles hosted this year’s Super Bowl, where the LA Rams played against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Rams began the game hot with Odell Beckham Jr. scoring the first touchdown. Later, he got injured. It was a close game as the Rams came back with the last score to win the game 23 - 20.
NBA All-Star Weekend begins
Friday started the NBA All-Star Weekend in Cleveland. Friday brought the celebrity game and the rising star game. Alex Toussaint won the MVP of the celebrity game and Cade Cunningham won the MVP for the rising stars. Saturday night Team Cavs won the skills challenge, Karl-Anthony Towns won the three-point shootout, and Obi Toppin is the slam dunk champion. Sunday is the All-Star game, Team Durant vs Team LeBron.
Brian Flores head coach of Steelers
Brian Flores was fired after having winning seasons with the Miami Dolphins. Brian then went to an interview with another team and found out the interview was for show, and they never had any intention to hire him. Brian Flores recently sued the NFL for discrimination, and with that happening, he still managed to receive a head coaching job with the Steelers.
UFC Fight Night 201
Las Vegas was the home to UFC Fight Night 201 Saturday night. The main event was canceled, but the replacement Jamal Hill v. Jonny Walker did not disappoint. Jamal Hill wins his bout with a first-round knockout and shared performance of the night with Kyle Daukaus for his match-winning choke.

A team of researchers thinks they found a cure for HIV after treatment for a woman has ended. The team uses stem cell transplants in the treatment of the woman. The team hopes their treatment will be used to treat more people.
Codi Rhodes leave AEW
Codi Rhodes is one of the major stars of AEW and recently decided to leave. Rhodes is expected to be heading to the WWE.
