The U.S. is having increased inflation, the highest since 1990. The Labor Department reported consumer prices are 6.2% higher than it was a year ago. Biden’s infrastructure bill is said to be able to slow down inflation by adding jobs, compete worldwide, and grow the economy.

Steven Bannon is facing federal charges for contempt of Congress. The charges come from Bannon's refusal to comply with a subpoena from the House Committee investigation of the January 6 attack on the Capitol. Steve Bannon was a political strategist for former president Trump.
